Ciclocan is a 1% drug solution of Ciclopirox Olamine. It is a synthetic antifungal agent. It is a cream that is used to prevent skin issues like ringworm, jock itch, athlete’s foot, and yeast infections.

Side Effects

Very common side effects of using this drug are itching, mild burning or redness. These side effects don’t last long. You should stop or consult the doctor about using ciclopirox topical if below side effects occur.

• Severe itching, redness, burning, dryness.
• Irritation of treated skin.
• Change in color of nails.

Usage

Apply the cream on the infected area with clean hands. Try to let it pass the air, do not apply a covering on it. Use exactly as the doctor has prescribed to you. Use the medicine on schedule manner, and if missed, used on the next schedule. Do not use topical steroid medicine or seizure medication while you are using Ciclocan.
