Tretinoin, the main ingredient of the cream is a form of vitamin A. Its basic function is to help the skin renew itself. Atoin is used to treat rough facial skin, acne, skin discoloration, and fine wrinkles. Tretinoin is sometimes also referred as all-trans retinoic acid. The medicine belongs to the retinoid family.

Side Effects

While using cream, patients may feel

• peeling
• sun sensitivity

If these side effects worsen, avoid ut and contact the doctor as soon as possible.

Usage

If you have sunburned skin or eczema, prefer not to use this topical solution. With clean hands, apply it over the infected skin. Try not to wash the skin for at least 1 hour so that topical may get enough time to treat.
