Product Description

Varil-500 is used to treat infections caused by certain types of viruses. In children, it is used to treat cold sores around the mouth (caused by herpes simplex) and chickenpox (caused by varicella-zoster). In adults, it is used to treat shingles (caused by herpes zoster) and cold sores around the mouth.

Usage

Valacyclovir oral tablet is used for short-term treatment of oral herpes, genital herpes, shingles, or chickenpox. It’s used for long-term treatment to prevent genital herpes, and to treat genital herpes that recurs (comes back). Take as directed by the doctor or physician.
